Webinar for employees of insurance supervisory body and insurance organizations

The National Bank of Tajikistan, together with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), within the framework of the project "Technical assistance in developing a strategy for the development of the insurance sector and optimizing its control", held a training webinar for employees of the NBT Insurance Control Management and insurance organizations of the country on the topic "Strategy Development".

The webinar was attended by more than 40 representatives of the country's insurance entities engaged in life, health and property insurance, as well as representatives of the supervisory insurance bodies of the Republic of Tajikistan. This event is designed for professional participants in the insurance market and serves as a platform for discussing important issues on corporate governance and strategic planning.

The webinar participants were able to obtain the necessary information about the strategy, its necessity for institutions and their managers, the relationship between strategic management and corporate governance, the importance of developing a plan on what the strategy should include, the process of its development and issues arising after the adoption of the strategy.

It should be noted that the project "Strategy for the Development of the Insurance Market of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2024-2028" has been developed by the National Bank of Tajikistan jointly with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development based on the implementation of the project "Technical assistance in developing a strategy for the development of the insurance sector and optimizing its control" through individual consultations with insurance market participants, within framework of which training events for employees of the NBT Insurance Control Management and insurance organizations are planned.
